hello,

my name is collin raaz and I’m excited to be able to design and build in northern Colorado.

my short history is i tried architecture school before joining the military and was quite dissatisfied by the experience once i realized most architects don’t actually build anything, they are artists without doing the hard part of making their own art.

cut to a decade later after the military and learning how to underwrite and project manage deals with an investment group i now design and build on my own. i started this website to showcase some of that work and be able to share and contribute to the industry as i have benefited immensely from other creative peoples work and i hope that as i build up my body of work it will help others as well. and hopefully attract some fun and challenging projects along the way.
